2013 Boot Fairs

all Volunteers
If you would like to
volunteer to help out with our forthcoming Boot Fairs by making cakes or
marshalling on the day please call George, Vice-Chairman of the club, on 01303
812955 or email on georgeoakley@btinternet.com. Our Boot
Fairs are very important in bringing extra much needed funds into our Club helping us to
provide the very best facilities for our members.
Afternoon Boot Fairs for 2013, weather and ground conditions permitting, are:
March 16th - cancelled (due to weather and field condition)
April 13th
May 11th
June 8th
July 13th
August 10th
September 14th
Please note the following for all of the above:
The costs are £5 per boot. No Booking is required
- Set Up at 11.00am - No entry will be allowed before this time
- The public are requested not to arrive before 12.00 midday
- Refreshments & Toilets are in the Clubhouse
- Free Car Parking and Entry
- Homemade Cake Stall within Clubhouse
- Other food and beverages available from the Clubhouse as normal
